Over the weekend, I went to Chapel Hill’s art extravaganza—all the acrylic paintings and hand-made pottery you could want! Some of the wrought silver jewelry was really gorgeous, and the place was quite crowded.

 

Since I had such abundance before me, I decided to try for some people shots:

Bob, here, carves gnomes out of cypress knees—he reminded me of a family friend from my childhood; Norm Heline.

The girls with the ribbons were from a small troupe called the Areal Angels

And… the guy sitting in the foreground of my crowd shot gave me a nasty look and stomped off after I took this.
